About
My Approach
I don't start by looking for technology. I start by looking for what's missing.
Whether I'm exploring a business idea, improving a workflow, or designing a product, my first instinct is to understand how everything fits together. I ask questions, look for patterns, and identify the gaps that are keeping something from working the way it should.
Once I understand the problem, I look for the solution that will make the biggest difference. Sometimes that's AI. Sometimes it's automation. Sometimes it's stronger messaging, a better process, or a clearer customer experience. The technology is important, but it's never the starting point.
My professional background has taught me how to navigate complex situations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and solve problems from the customer's perspective. Through independent product development, I've expanded those skills across business analysis, generative AI, digital marketing, content and messaging, product development, and workflow automation.
I'm naturally curious, and I learn by building. Every project in this portfolio started with a question, became an experiment, and ultimately turned into a practical solution. Along the way, I've explored how AI, messaging, automation, data, and customer insight can work together to create better digital experiences.
That's the approach I bring to every project: understand the problem, find what's missing, and build what matters.
